Everyone’s treatment plan is individualized. Some individuals may need to meet weekly, biweekly, monthly, or even twice weekly.

At Whole Circle, I accept the following insurance plans, which can be used for psychotherapy, medication management, preparation, or integration sessions: AETNA, CIGNA, OPTUM (UHC, OSCAR, etc.), Anthem Blue Shield, and BCBS (NY only).

I do this to increase accessibility to care. All rates below are out-of-pocket.
